MHSA/ MOA RULES CLINICS – NEW FORMAT ON ARBITER
- Each sport now includes:
- General MHSA or MOA Rules Clinic
- Sport-Specific Rules Clinic (MHSA/NFHS updates)
- Good news for multi-sport coaches or officials. You only need to complete the General Rules Clinic once per year for MHSA/MOA. However, you must complete a Sport-Specific Clinic for each season (Fall, Winter, Spring).
- Take the course in Arbiter through your coach compliance area. Â Viewing Eligibility Requirements
- You will want to sign into arbiter.io with the email address your AD added you with
- Once signed in, you will then click on your name at the top right corner (drop down)
- Then click on My AccountÂ
- Then click on EligibilityÂ
- Then you can click on the sport and eligibility requirements that are required by the MHSA
- **Your AD must add you to a team roster before you are enrolled into an eligibility as a coach
- If they are saying they can’t get to the eligibility page then here is a direct link: https://app.arbitersports.com/eligibility/coach
- Once completed, your status will automatically update in Arbiter under your compliance area:
TRACKING & REPORTING COMPLIANCE
- Arbiter will track all coach compliance this year.
- Coaches are responsible for confirming their administrator receives course verification.
- Administrators must report successful completion to MHSA annually.
- Compliance is officially reviewed each spring.
