About This Award

Each week throughout the school year,  Summit States Agency Group, Farmers Union Insurance and the Montana High School Association will recognize varsity athletes that exhibited an outstanding performance during the previous week. All qualifying students will be in good academic standing, show leadership qualities and serve as role models in their communities.

The Athlete of the Week will be chosen from nominations submitted on the MHSA website. One male and one female athlete will be chosen each week. To nominate an athlete for consideration, please fill out the form below. The weekly deadline is Wednesday at noon.

Each winner of the Athlete of the Week award will receive letter of recognition and branded items courtesy of Summit States Agency Group, Farmers Union Insurance . Winners will be announced weekly on the MHSA website and across MHSA social media platforms.
