GENERAL MEDIA INFORMATION
We value the role of media in promoting and covering our events, and our priority is to ensure that access to the tournament floor is strictly limited to established and recognized publications. This helps us maintain the integrity and quality of coverage at our events.
Please note that media credentials are typically reserved for traditional media outlets such as local newspapers, commercial radio stations, and television channels. Currently, social media platforms and podcasts do not fall within the credentialing guidelines established by the Montana Newscasters and Montana Broadcasters Associations.
All members of the media are required to show appropriate identification when picking up passes at any post season site.

SPORT SPECIFIC MEDIA INFORMATION
Fall Sports
Media members should contact each golf tournament host school administrator to request press credentials for post season golf tournaments.Â

Media members are allowed in all of the same areas as spectator areas on the Cross Country course. There is no charge for admission to the State Cross Country meet. Â

For the State All-Class Volleyball Tournament, use the electronic form to REGISTER for a media pass for the tournament to be held in Bozeman on November 14-16, 2025.
State Tournament Media Pass Registration Deadline is Monday, 11/10/25 at 12 noon.
