In 2017, the MHSA partnered with Stockman Bank to be the title sponsor of the sportsmanship program. The MHSA / Stockman Bank Sportsmanship Program provides many resources for member schools to use in promoting and rewarding good sporting behavior by players, coaches and spectators at interscholastic activities. The MHSA / Stockman Bank Sportsmanship Program offers several tiers of recognition for positive behaviors:
- A medal program for recognizing good sporting behavior at regular season games.
- A certificate program, known as the Super Fan Program, for recognizing schools’ long-time fans for their positive support of high school activities.

The MHSA Corporate sponsor for Tennis and Football is Wilson. Wilson is the official ball and tennis supplier of the Montana High School Association. The Wilson US Open ball is the ball used for all MHSA state tennis meets. The MHSA recommends the use of this ball for all regular season events.
Official Football of the MHSA – Wilson WTF1003B GST
The Montana High School Association has agreed to a new multi-year contract with Wilson to be the Official Football of the MHSA. Rawlings has been the MHSA official football for the Montana High School Association for many years but after reviewing coaches’ and schools’ input on product and after examining each proposal carefully, the MHSA has entered into a six-year contract with Wilson as the MHSA official football provider. Wilson will provide a game ball to be used for all post season football contests during the contract.Â
The Wilson WTF1003B GST will be the Official Football of the MHSA. This is one of the most highly rated footballs available on the market today. Per the contract, one of these footballs will be shipped to each post season football game.
